Hello you stormy autumn! A week ago, we still in the garden at 30 degrees have deprived our watermelon pizza. There are recipes that have been on my list of new chefs for ages. This includes the Low Carb cauliflower bomb . The cauliflower wrapped in spicy minced meat and bacon, I have seen many times on Instagram. And since I love the combination of cauliflower and minced meat, the delicious low carb dish on my blog should not be missed.

How to Make a Cauliflower Bomb

Preparing the wrapped cauliflower is really easy. First, the cauliflower is boiled for 8 minutes at a time. Then it is wrapped with spicy minced meat and bacon and baked in the oven. The result is really impressive. And in terms of taste, the "bomb" is a real hit.

I made several small cauliflower bombs for my recipe. So everyone has their own little artwork on the plate. It also works if you prepare a large cabbage bomb. As you like it :) By the way, even my son Tom was excited about the cauliflower.

Ingredients
  • 1 Cauliflower approx. 1 kilo
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 TL mustard
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika spice
  • 250 g bacon stripes
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

  2. Remove the stucco and leaves from the cauliflower and divide the cauliflower into larger florets. Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan. Boil salt and the cauliflower florets for 8 minutes.
