Got it Grilled on the weekend too? The weather was just fantastic. We spent the whole day in the garden, played with Tom in the sandpit, brought the terrace up to scratch and of course also grilled. Yesterday, chicken and vegetable skewers had this quick and tasty avocado salad with caprese. Wonderfully fresh and aromatic and prepared in the blink of an eye. That's what I love!
Quick Caprese salad with avocado

I really like pasta salad, but at the weekend I just had a great appetite for a light side dish with just a few carbohydrates. For the classic Caprese salad, which really tastes everyone, you only need very few ingredients and just 10 minutes time. For who wants to stand in the kitchen for a long time in this great weather?
I combined my caprese salad with ripe avocado. It goes really well with the popular tomato and mozzarella salad. Although avocados have a high fat content, they are super healthy and last for an extremely long time. With a Low Carb Diet you can safely access the ripe fruits.
