Just when It has to be done quickly, with me very often filled vegetables on the table. My clear favorite is the stuffed zucchini. The filling can be varied according to your own taste. Whether as with tomato sauce and salami or with minced meat, goat cheese and spinach - the stuffed zucchini not only tastes delicious but also fits wonderfully into your low carb diet. Carbohydrate-free food not only helps you get rid of the last Weihanchtskilos but is also especially in the evening not so difficult in the stomach. After a light low carb meal in the evening I just sleep better than after a plate of pasta, which of course I like to eat occasionally.
