Grilled zucchini tomato mozzarella low carb
I have Unfortunately, no Valentine's Day recipe for you today. Valentine's Day is a day like any other. My husband and I love each other on all other days of the year, so we do not need gifts, flowers or a lavish menu. Instead, for us grilled zucchini tomato mozzarella and a cozy evening on the couch. Also good, right?
Well, to be honest, the courgettes are just for me, because my husband does not like green vegetables or low carb dishes. Men ... he does not even know what he's missing out on when he eats his pizza next to me instead.
Low Carb in the evening
Since January I'm really busy training, because I want to finally get back to my feel-good weight. On the three or four evenings a week I go to the sports, I drink a protein shake, on all other days there is a delicious low carb dish. I also look more and more often at WeightWatchers purely and let me be inspired by the many great recipes. That's the plan. Of course, from time to time you will even get sinned, because I love my glass of white wine to eat and every now and then I treat myself to the right noodles with bolognese. But on the whole, I'm fine and highly motivated:)

If you like to eat zucchini like me, then you'll be spoiling this recipe. Promised! To avoid wasting time in the kitchen, the grilled zucchini is really prepared in no time.Slice the tomatoes, halve the mozzarella minis. Finely chop the basil.
I used a round zucchini and cut it into 3 slices.
